Progress update with Dianne 20 July 2016

Today Dianne and I had a meeting to discuss how my appraisal is progressing. I said that I had been really struggling with the new documentation and trying to record evidence. She said I was on the right track and triggered my memory of a couple of events that I could record as evidence. Dianne suggested that I no longer record evidence on the association templates as she was fairly sure that this was going to be changing. I felt this lifted a huge weight off my shoulders and felt fresh energy towards my appraisal. I am going to try and commit to a small amount of time each week to work on my appraisal so it doesn’t feel quite as daunting.
